Print Battle with The Isle of Man Photographic Society

30th November 2006 at The Legion Club, Peel
Judge Mr Percy Morrison

Our second Print Battle with the Isle of Man Photographic Society promised to be a very enjoyable evening with the best prints from both clubs going head to head. The competition was Judged by Mr Percy Morrison who rightly commented that the standard was extremely high, this was reflected with a lot of very close marking. The result could not have been closer with just one point between the clubs, we are of course very pleased to win overall in a competition which could have gone either way. The best entry in the competition was "Orbitron" by Sue Jones (IOMPS), congratulations Sue, and congratulations to everyone concerned from both clubs for their excellent prints and a very enjoyable evening. Special thanks to Percy Morrison for taking on the huge task of judging which he did in a very professional and entertaining manner.
